The285Chinese wheat landraces had been screened using10allele-specific PCR markers at Glu-B3locus. Glu-B3alleles of284varieties had been identified and,1variety is an unknow allele. Of these, the number of c allele is more than other types, and makes up56.49%.e and i alleles are the second which contain32.28%. The a、b、d、f、g alleles take up18.60%、27.37%、28.77%、12.98%、15.79%, respectively. However, the h allele is the least of3.55%and the unknow allele is only0.36The order of nine alleles is c>i=e>d>b>a>g>f>h.A new haploid type of GluB3-3were found in the114th Variety (shijiazhuang54) when we detected allele i. And then, according to Glu-B3each alleles distribution, we select only contains one allele gene to detect full-length of gene. And, full-length sequence of the allele d gene was got.The b allele which has larger effect in the gluten strength accounts for the number of27.37%however the c allele twice of b allele accounts for56.49%and has the smallest effect in Chinese wheat landraces. For Rmax c allele is most widely distributed but contributes the smallest. To LMW-GS of alleles composition to find the optimal combination varieties and import quality varieties could be a important way improving our wheat quality and an important role in breeding for quality later.
