With the continuous development of agricultural technology, the goal of scientific development of rice cultivation has transferred from the stage of a single goal of pursuing yielding to the pursuit the comprehensive goals of high-yield, high-quality, efficient, ecological, and safety. A new rice cultivation technology, known as rice accurate quantify cultivation, has generated. With the deepening development of China’s agricultural information technology, the management systems of agricultural decision-making agricultural information are becoming increasingly mature, which results in a large number of agriculture-related business data.In traditional applications, most of these data were simply stored in the database, and as a consequence, the potential information implicit in the historical data is idle and has not been fully utilized, which is a tremendous waste.Therefore, the traditional decision support model must be abandoned. The database is generally used in the traditional decision-making support, which has not been satisfactory in terms of the support of analytical processing and analytical data must be separated from the environment of transaction process. The data warehouse, as the foundation of this new architecture, is capable of integrating a large amount of messy data stored in the agriculture-related sector and providing reliable, high-quality, unified data source for our decision-making.Although the agricultural policy in recent years has been rapid development, but the decision result is always unsatisfactory.The fundamental reason lies in the agricultural decision making and there are many uncertain factors in the decision variables, more complex than other decision system.A fuzzy multi-objective algorithm can overcome the above problems.The main content of this study and the results achieved are as follows:1.In order to do the information management of quantifying cultivation on rice precisely, understand the process of the rice precise quantifying cultivation in depth, and extract the elements in the precise rice cultivation, constructing the basic pattern of rice precise cultivation process provides a basis for the construction of the databases of precision cultivation of rice and the data warehouse.2.The study shows that the traditional decision support systems rely on transactional databases. While transactional databases lack the capabilities of analyzing the necessary data and information, data warehouse puts a solution to this contradiction, and thus presents a decision support system based on the data warehouse. Followed by in-depth study of the structure and principles of data warehouse system, and establishes the system of a precise rice cultivation datawarehouse.3. There are many uncertain factors in the accurate rice cultivation process. The presence of these factors will certainly affect the decision-support decision-making ability, as a result, a fuzzy multi-objective decision-making model with its algorithm is proposed in this paper.4.On the basis of accurate rice cultivation management system, construct the precise rice cultivation decision-making support systems, providing decision support for decision-makers of the relevant departments.5. In order to improve the system, enhance the system performance and maximize resource sharing, this paper uses the SSH framework model to develop the decision support systems based on B/S structure, using AJAX asynchronous communication and carrying data in the way of XML. At the same time, to save system resources, allocation and release of the link resource is in the means of connection pool.
