This article researched on the molluscicidal effect of fertilizer-type composite molluscicide, using constructed experiment to compare and analyse the molluscicidal effect of plants and fertilizer, the plants including Arisaema erubescens (Wall.) Schott, Macleaya cordata (Willd.) R.Br.and the fertilizer:nitrogen fertilizer, phosphatic fertilizer, potash fertilizer and compound fertilizer. Experiment was conducted under the environment simulated as the paddy field,.using sand culture and soil culture to analyse the growth promotion effect of the three, and Statistics analysis software SPSS16.0was used to deal with the data. The experimental results showed that the composited primer of400mg/L compound fertilizer and Arisaema erubescens (Wall.) Schott was best for both molluscicidal and Growth-promoting,and could be applied to farming as soon as possible. According to the analysis of enzyme activities,we found that the same group had different action on the cephalopodium part and the liver part as the concentration increased, and profound study should be done on the mechanism. This test was conducted in Simulation and further efforts should be paid in order to achieve utility.
