Dogs have more and more been used as the experimental animals for science research at thepresent stage.Intravenous anesthesia has been widespread used in small animal,s clinical diagnosisand cure and scientific research,which velocity of induction of anesthesia is fast,anesthetic stage isstable and the time of palinesthesia is short. We used dogs for this experiment which are enforcedinduction of anaesthesia separately and continuing rate infusions by dividing them into Lgroup(rompum,midzolam and lornoxicam combination) and F group(rompum,midzolam andfentanyl combination). The experiment monitored the anesthetic effects of continuing intravenousinjuction by using Datex-Ohmeda Intensive Care monitor (S/5TM), respiration monitor (Datex-Capnomac Ultimatm), ElectroencephAlograph (EEG-9200k),and meanwhile enforce experiment ofclinical operations to validate anesthesia effects to evaluate the anesthetic effects of constant rateinfusions of different drugs combination objectively.The results showed: L group kept excellent sedation,analgesia, muscle relaxation in anestheticstage.L group has little influence to biologic eflection. Body temperature, respiration rate, heartrate are in normal physiological functions range.Blood oxygen saturation, systolic pressure,meanblood presure, diastolic blood pressure,end-tidal pressure of carbon dioxide,minute ventilat ionvolume,tidal volume change lightly.Electrocardiogram and electroencephal gram change steadily.Fgroup kept excellent sedation,analgesia, muscle relaxation in anesthetic stage,but it existed biologyreflect disappearance phenomenon.Body temperatue, respiration rate, systolic pressure were innormal range of physiologic function.Heart rate step-up excessively then cut down gradually.Blood oxygen saturation had a certain degree desend.Mean blood presure,diastolic blood, end-tidalpressure of carbon dioxide,tidal volume,minute ventilation descended obviously.P wavestep-uped,T wave inversion phenomenon existed in electrocardiogram,but electroencephalgramchanged steadily.The results of operation validate experiment demonstrate showed:Body temperature, heartrate,respiration rate,blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure of L group were in normal rangeof physiologic function. Its tendency was identical with routine mornitoring during anesthesia.Body temperature, respiration rate,systolic pressure changed steadily. Heart rate step-upexcessively then cut down gradually. Blood oxygen saturation had a certain egree desend. Diastolicblood,mean blood presure descended obviously.Result of monitoring of blood routine,inflammator factor and algesic substance showed that two groups all achieve ideal analgesia effect.All the results of this study showed that:L group had little influence to physiological functionsindex and F group had grave suppression phenomenon to repiratory and circulation system,thoughtwo groups all achieve ideal analgesia effect.
