Forest naturalness is used to discribe the difference between current stand and the original community or climax community, sometime it also used to describe the state of the forest by interference effects. Usually the damage level of forests follow as the greater impact on the structure and function of forest ecosystems,the forest nature degree will be lower; in the contrary, the damage level of forests follow as the smaller impact on the structure and function of forest ecosystems,the forest nature degree will be higher.With the needs of economic and the pressure from development and population, the demands of timber is increasing, human disturbance in the stands is more and more frequently, and the disturbance strength is also growing.The natural plant in the stand districts is on decline, and this plantation area is expanding. There is less meanningse to simply describe the significance of the differences between the existing local vegetation and the original vegetation.so this study is also considering about human operators interference stands. then naturalness-Operating dual degree evaluation system was established which used to describe the impact of Hongtian forest disturbance to the stands and calculated the gravity about the major forest disturbance affect.After comprehensive consideration aboout the status quo of resources and forest disturbance, e theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the local forestry was provided. The mainly research results are following:(1) After taking sample plot survey of all stand in hongtian village in Fujian Province,then analysis all various types of forest resources direct at the status quo, we knew that the region’s native vegetation has been almost non-existent, the major existing natural forest are broad-leaved, and the main managerial object is the large-area china fir. The double evaluation system which including the naturality (including labor system and non-labor system, seven subclasses, VI level) and the management and protection level (four kinds) was established. In Hongtian, the total area of broad-leaved forest is35.3%, of which7.9%in general-managerial level (business management and protection degree less than2),but27.4%was poor; fir stand was up to40.6%, but in low naturalness, of which33.4%in IV naturalness and well-managed(the management and protection level is3); The proportion of exotic species Eucalyptus was4.7%, which naturalness is low (V class) and in general managerial level (=2); the area proportion of orchards was9.4%and most of them was in high managerial level (=3).(2) To describe the current forest disturbance of Hong Tamura Comprehensively, the forest interference system of Hong Tamura which was established by the major forest disturbance in Hong Tamura history was built, then we got the weight of these interference by using the analytic hierarchy process. Basing on analyzing the actual impact of these disturbances, we got the new weight after gainful or destructive judgment.(3) The order of the disturbance impact on Natural degree-operate degrees is following: harvesting disturbance|-0.40|> tending disturbance|+0.20|> manually update the disturbance|+0.13|> non-planned forestation disturbance|-0.08|> development and utilization of disturbance|-0.07|> Artificial fire disturbance|-0.05|> alien species cited plant disturbance|-0.03|> Frostbite disturbance|-0.01|> the other non-operating disturbance|-0.01|=animal grazing disturbancc|0.01|. This time, the weights and benefits could be shown at the same time. According to relationship between Natural disturbance and human interference, as well as near-natural forests in theory, then some measures for the status and impact of these disturbances was put forward emphatically and hierarchically.(4) Based on the theory of natural forests and ecological logging, interfere with the status quo of forest disturbance and the impact about natural degree from disturbances,the mainly silvicultural recommendations were provided.
