At present, the efficiency of tropical region small family dry biogas fermentation islow, the work of mix material is hard,the work of input and output materials is hard,thecontrol precision is low.To deal with this situation, this paper makes a systematic researchon tropical regions small family dry biogas fermentation device and its intelligentmonitoring system.Studying the design of fermentation device structure,thethree-dimensional finite element modeling of stirring device performance, the monitoringand control research of methane fermentation process in lower machine of intelligentmonitoring,the design of intelligent monitoring with force control configuration, theexperiment research of intelligent monitoring system and its fermentation device, theresearch of data processing and error data processing. In detail, it includes the following:(1)the design of new fermentation device structureBased on the extensive collection and analysis of related information of fermentationdevice both domestic and foreign,its characteristics like working principle, advantage anddisadvantage, application, the difficulty and cost of processing and manufacturing arestudied.And an optimal structure of fermentation device is proposed, including the thedetermination of the structure, material, input and output port design, automatic stirringdevice design, the sealing, pressure and safety protection design, sensors selection, thefermentation device detection position and installation design,fermentation device basedesign and etc.The corresponding two-dimensional assembly drawing and all partsdiagram of fermentation device is completed.(2)the three-dimensional finite element modeling of stirring device structuremechanics performanceIn this part, by doing fundamental technology researches on the new fermentationdevice structure design,a related mechanical model is established and divided into fine gridcell by using analysis software,constraints can be expressed by this model. The designparameters of stirring device structure and further optimize size of new fermentationdevice structure is modified according to its distribution nephogram.(3)the monitoring and control research of methane fermentation process in lowermachine of intelligent monitoring systemCurrent situations of the development of the biogas fermentation technology is systematically introduced and puts forward a kind of new methods and control new systemframe structure about dry anaerobic fermentation intelligent monitoring. This system usePLC as the lower controller, to realize centralized management of the data which needcollected and processed in the research on methane fermentation. The system hasautomatic collect real-time detecting data function, its high flexibility,high controlprecision and strong portability made it has the significant practical significance toprovides a new feasible method of optimization control for the technological process andimprove the productivity of the gas production.(4)the design of intelligent monitoring system with force control configurationBased on the design of lower controller,use the PC and the force control configurationsoftware as the senior controller to real-time monitoring about fermentation process.Themonitoring has theoretical and practical significance like simple, high reliability, extensible,portable and so on.(5)the experiment research of intelligent monitoring system and its fermentationdeviceDesign physical experiment research on the practicability of stirring and the reliabilityof the monitoring system device by analysis the fermentation device in the tropics smallfamily dry fermentation biogas fermentation under the actual working condition. Buyassembly and debugging work, get relevant images and the experimental data through thesystem and complete experimental research on complete fermentation device physicalprocessing on the basis of the dry tropics biogas fermentation principle.(6)the research of data processing and error data processingDo some collection and analysis on the various data and images. Relevant errorprocessing method is used to calculate the error range and compar with the experimentwith the allowed error range,in order to ensure the reliability of the experimental apparatus.At the same time get a variety of experimental data and theoretical results andexperimental data contrast figure. Get the experimental study of conclusions by compartheoretical results with the experimental results.
