Animal husbandry develops sharply in the province of heilongjiang,especially the number of herbivoresfor example sheep and cattles, but the lack of high quality grazing had became the one of most importantreasons to limit stockbreeding develop. Peaple yield a large numble of straw in the province, coarse fodder ismade from straw mainly. But straw without treatment is not better feed and digested by livestock becausestructure of lignin in straw. Many observers find that white rot fungi can decompose structure of straw. Butautumn temperature is low that it could be weaken the treatment in the north area. The study adoptultraviolet ray mutation deal with pleurotus ostreatus has been selected, we investigated the rate of myceliagrowth, fiber degradation rate and enzyme activity to screening the best strain that has stronger ability offiber degradation and resistance to low temperature. Thus improve the straw nutritional in the north area,resolve the lack of high quality grazing and straw surplus.Trial1. The aim of the research was to compare the effect of several Pleurotus ostreatus strains treatcorn straw, screening the best one. Treated corn straw with different Pleurotus ostreatus strains, determinedthe rate of mycelial growth, effect of straw nutritional composition,0h~72h dry matter (DM) degradationrate in vitro, compared the fermentation. Mycelial growth rate from fast to slow was2,109,2003,15.Following treatment of corn straw with2twenty days and thirty days,acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutraldetergent fiber (NDF) were degraded lower than the other groups, crude protein (CP) was very significanthigher than109and2003(P<0.01). DM effective degradability of treatment of corn straw with2increased42.96%, was very significant higher than2003and15. In conclusion, Pleurotus ostreatus2expressedstronger ability in growth and degradation from the research.Trial2. The aim of the research was to adopt ultraviolet ray mutation deal with pleurotus ostreatusscreen the best strain that has stronger ability of fiber degradation. Pleurotus ostreatus was performed by UVmutagenesis and compare fiber degradation rate and enzyme activity to screening the best one. Weperformed ten times for30s as the optimal does, and acquire194strains, positive26, the rate of positive is13.4%. LiP and Lac of P89is2.03times and1.89times than contrast, the rote of mycelial growth improve18.21%, lignin degradability improve51.77%. In conclusion, P89is the best strain in the research.Trial3. Influence of mutation strains treat corn straw in constant temperature and change temperature.Cultivate pleurotus ostreatus in constant and room temperature (treatment time is form Sep.28to Oct.28,the room temperature is12~23℃) compare the finish time, fibre degradation rate and DMD. Study groups isoriginal strains cultivate in constant temperature, mutation strains cultivate in constant temperature and mutation strains cultivate in room temperature. The finish time is22~23d,16~17d and19~20d. Treatment20DMD of mutation strains cultivate in constant temperature very significant higher than the others.
