Rumen Protected Lysine (RPLys) and Rumen Protected Methionine (RPMet) was researched by the coating technology in this paper.The feed grade L-Lys,the feed grade DL-Met and the microcrystalline cellulose were used to produce the amino acid pellet by the the technology of extrusion granulating, rolling circle,then the polyacrylamide resinlVand ethyl cellulose were used as the coat to protect the amino acid in different proportion.The9RPLys products and the6RPMet products were produced by the serious of processes.The rumen constancy, abomasum degradability and duodenal degradability of the Rumen Protected Amino Acids were evaluated by in vivo test and nylon bag technique.The rumen constancy was evaluated by in vivo test:Following8hours cultivation in the buffer solution of pH6.6, the results of the experiments showed that the disappearance rate of RPLys-8and RPLys-9were32.93%and31.79%respectively, the disappearance rate of RPMet-1and RPMet-6were46.49%and22.47%.The rumen constancy was evaluated by nylon bag technique:6ruminally cannulated Dazu black goats were used to evaluate the ruminal disappearance rate of products by nylon bag technique. Following8hours incubation in rumen, the results of the experiments showed that the ruminal disappearance rate of the RPLys-8and RPLys-9were44.06%and35.05%respectively, the ruminal disappearance rate of the RPMet-1and RPMet-6were41.50%and16.71%respectively.The abomasum disappearance rate by nylon bag technique:3abomasumly cannulated Dazu black goats were used to evaluate the abomasum disappearance rate of products by nylon bag technique. Following8hours incubation in rumen and the another6hours incubation in abomasum, The results of the experiments showed that the abomasum disappearance rate of RPLys-8and RPLys-9were88.93%and76.00%respectively, the abomasum disappearance rate of RPMet-land RPMet-6were83.97%and76.47%respectively.The duodenal disappearance rate by nylon bag technique:3duodenal cannulated Dazu black goats were used to test the duodenal disappearance rate of products by nylon bag technique and in vitro cultivation. Following8hours incubation in rumen, the2hours incubation in abomasum and the24hours in duodenal fluid in vitro. The results of the experiments showed that the duodenal disappearance rate of RPLys-8and RPLys-9were83.29%and87.78%respectively, the duodenal disappearance rate of RPMet-1and RPMet-6were93.57%and95.21%respectively.In summary, the effective disappearance rate of products were evaluated by the nylon bag technique.The results of the experiments showed that the effective disappearance rate of RPLys-9was45.80%, the effective disappearance rate of RPMet-6was55.29%.The RPLys-9and RPMet-6could effectively prevent the the degradation of rumen microorganism and could be degradated effectively in abomasum and small intestine, which having the development value. But the coating technology shuld be improved for the better effect.
