The numbers of bamboo processing remainders are very large and potential unconventional feedstuff resources.In order to explore and utilize this resources,this experiment were studied the ensiled and ammoniated method of bamboo processing remainder、analysis of the rumen degradation rates of ammoniated shoots shell and feeding experiment on fatting cattle.ExperimentⅠ:The study of storage method to ma bamboo processing remainder.The study of storage method to ma bamboo shoots festival:the orthogonal of there factors and three levels were adopted,choosing orthogonal from were L16(45),there factors were uniting bran,corn meal and formic acid.The adding level of uniting bran were respectively 0、3%、5%、8%;the adding level of corn meal were respectively 0、1%、2%、3%;and the adding level of formic acid were respectively 0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%,besides adding 0.5%salt to every treatments.Detect for silage quality after 60d, 90d and 120d.The items used to evaluate the silage quality were pH,NDF,ADF,LA, AA,BA,CP and NH3/N.The results show that:The orthogonal test showed that the best combination of additives should be uniting bran 5%,tom meal 3%and formic acid 0.5%.Effects of the there factors on the quality of shoots festival silage were uniting bran>com meal>formic acid.The study of ammoniated method to ma bamboo shoots shell:the orthogonal of there factors and three levels were adopted,choosing orthogonal from were L16(45), four factors were uniting bran,corn meal,formic acid and urea.The adding level of uniting bran were respectively 0、3%、5%、8%;the adding level of corn meal were respectively 0、1%、2%、3%;the adding level of formic acid were respectively 0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%and the adding level of urea were 0、0.5%、1%、1.5%,besides adding 0.5% salt to every treatments.Detect for silage quality after 60d,90d and 120d.The items used to evaluate the silage quality were pH,NDF,ADF,LA,AA,BA,CP and NH3/N. The results show that:The orthogonal test showed that the best combination of additives should be uniting bran 5%,corn meal 3%,formic acid 0.5%,and urea0.5%.Effects of the there factors on the quality of shoots festival silage were uniting bran>com meal>formic acid.ExperimentⅡ:Analysis of the rumen degradation rates of ammoniated shoots shell.Four healthy black sheep with weight 20kg fitted with fistula in the rumen were used for analysis of DM and OM degradation rates in the rumen.Analyzed the effect of different storage time on degradation rates of feedstuff,provide theoretical basis for formulate diet.The results show that:the degradation rate of DM and OM were gradually increased with culture time prolonged;the degradation rate of ammoniated shoots shell was increased with ammoniated time prolonged.ExperimentⅢ:The influence of ammoniated bamboo shoot shell on feeding effects of fatting cattle.The random-section design was adopted in the experiments.Selection of 12 months old and weighing 200 to 300 kg,disease-free health of the Simmental cattle with the local hybrid cattle 12,were randomly divided into two groups,each with five, add bamboo shoots residues for the trial ammoniated;Add straw for the control group.At the beginning and the end of the experiment,every group was weighted respectively in the early moming meanwhile measured height at withers,body length, and heart girth,beef production index in beef cattle.The results shows that:In the whole test stage,the test group significance raise than the control group in body slope length(P<0.05).To feed intake:The test group and control was not obviously in concentrate intake(p>0.05),the test group significance raise than the control group in crude feed intake(P<0.05).To the cram performance:The test group significance raise than the control group in daily gain(P<0.05),The test group and control was not obviously in feed-weight ratio(p>0.05) To the economic benefits:In daily profit the test group was 7.83 Yuan and the control group was 6.07Yuan,the test group increased 1.76 Yuan compare with control group.This study shows that:1.Ma bamboo processing remainders has good feeding value.2.Ma bamboo processing remainders not fit direct storage and need adding other additives.3.The texture of Ma bamboo processing remainders became soft,having a sweet smell,improving palatability,increasing the degradation rate of DM and OM, after treatment with silage and ammonization.4.Applying ammoniated shoots shell replace straw,significance improving day gain and feed/weight,increasing beef culture benefit.
