Purpose To studying the biological characteristic of hepatic alveolarechinococcosis in liver,and compare with primary hepatic cancer by usingCT perfusion imaging and CT angiography. To observing the situation thatblood vessels of liver were influenced by hepatic alveolar echinococcosislesion, to quantitative studying the blood supply of the lesion.Material and Methods30patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosiswere undertook CT perfusion scanning、tri-phase spiral CT scanning byusing16slice multislice spiral CT during the period from October2010to February2012,10patients with primary hepatic cancer undertook samecheck by using116slice multislice spiral CT at Medical Imaging Centerof Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital during the period from January2012to February2012, hepatic artery、hepatic vein、portal vein werebeing imaged by using post-processing computer software,observing thegrowth characteristic of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis in liver and thesituation that blood vessels of liver were influenced by hepatic alveolarechinococcosis lesion.The perfusion parameters of hepatic alveolarechinococcosis、primary hepatic cancer’s lesion were calculated andstatistical analysedResults1、The morphology of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and primaryhepatic cancer are similar;2、 At arterial phase and early-venous phasethe lesion of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis does not contrast-enhance,at late-venous phase and delay phase the peripheral zone of lesion iscontrast-enhance slightly;3、Blood vessels of liver were influenced by HAE lesion are oppress、displacement、enclosure、block, that zone has notnewly formed blood vessels;The lesion of primary hepatic cancer has newlyformed blood vessels which expansive.4、PEI、 BF、 TTP、 BV、HAP、PVP ofHAE lesion’s inner zone were lower than HAE’s peripheral zone andnormal liver tissue surround HAE lesion, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05); PEI、 BF、 BV、HAP、PVP of HAE’s peripheral zonewere higher than lesion’s inner zone, and lower than normal liver tissuesurround HAE lesion, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The difference of TTP between HAE’s peripheral zone and normalliver tissue outside of HAE lesion was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Difference of HPI between internal zone and external zone wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05); primary hepatic cancer and livertissue accord with previous literature.Conclusion The blood supply of HAE lesion’s inner zone very low oreven zero, that zone has not newly formed blood vessels; The blood supplyof HAE’s peripheral zone is higher than lesion’s inner zone, and lowerthan normal liver tissue surround HAE lesion, HAE’s peripheral zone iscontinued growing, and show parasitic biological characteristics of HAE.Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and primary hepatic cancer have differentbiological characteristics.
