Objective:Analysis the rabbit liver VX2tumor perfusion characteristics and Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) quantitative parameters with the correlation of tumor angiogenesis. To study CEUS evaluation tumor blood perfusion and malignant tumor angiogenesis. Methods:Use the tumor tissue mass intrahepatic planting method to establish rabbit VX2liver tumor model. After the success of the modeling10-14days to accept CEUS inspection, Injection SonoVue through the ear margin vein, Application of low mechanical index real-time ultrasound imaging technology and QontraXt quantitative analysis software, Analysis tumor contrast-enhanced ultrasound blood perfusion characteristics and control with pathological. By immunohistochemical techniques detection the expression level MVD and VEGF of tumor.Resluts:11models were successful builded, and22masses.(1) Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed arterial phase enhancement in rabbit liver tumor lesions,7-1Is arterial early phase rapid increase to peak (10of them for uniform enhance performance,12of them for the ring enhancement). Then about16-24s tumor entered for low enhanced quickly.(2) Tumor biggest diameter are consistent Contrast-enhanced ultrasound with pathology, showed no significant difference between pathological (P>0.05)(3) Contrast-enhanced ultrasound shows that the tumor were typical pattern "fast-in and fast-out", The beginning of time, and peak time were early than the surrounding liver parenchyma, and peak intensity、sharpness、area under curve compared with peripheral parenchymal were significant different (P<0.05)(4) There was positive correlation between MVD and peak intensity(PI)(r=0.58,P=0.005), but MVD showed no correlation with time peak、sharpness、area under curve. The expression of VEGF were not correlated with TIC parameters(all P>0.05). MVD had positive correlation with expression of VEGF(r=0.64,P=0.001).(5) the expression of VEGF in Rabbit liver VX2tumor all were positive, liver parenchyma were negative.Conclusions:(1) CEUS can be more accurate measurement rabbit liver VX2tumor size, To better reflect the scope of the tumor.(2) Tumor VX2rabbit arterial phase enhancement pattern were consistent with pathology, CEUS can quantitatively reflects VX2tumor rabbit liver perfusion characteristics and distribution.(3)The quantitative parameters(PI) ofCEUS have positive correlation with MVD in liverVX2tumors.it can indirectly reflect the MVD and may be helpful to evaluate tumorangiogenesis....
