Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of TVS, SHG and HS in patients withendometrial polyp of uterus. TVS is simple and safe to operate and is the preferred method toevaluate endometrial of uterus. Although its sensitivity is high, but we can not find tiny lesionsand the details of the disease by TVS, so its specificity is not high. SHG developed in recentyears which is on the basis of the interventional ultrasound in ultrasonic inspection methods.Because of the difference of the acoustic impedance between the contrast agent and theendometrial. When the uterine cavity was distended with the contrast agent, we can observe theendometrial polyps and pathological changes of form and the nature of the disease. HS is amethod by which we can observe the uterus cavity directly and observe morphology andendometrial uterine cavity, thickness, proliferation and vascular characteristics. However HS isalso a method which is invasive damage screening, it needs certain equipment, equipment andtechnology,the cost is also relatively expensive. In order to prove SHG is higher in diagnosticvalue for endometrial polyp of uterus, we studied the diagnostic value of SHG in endometrialpolyp. We compared the consistency of TVS, SHG and HS which can diagnose endometrialpolyps. In this paper the application of international recognized standard statistical methods forthe endometrial polyps SHG, TVS, HS examination results to analyze SHG diagnostic value.Methods39patients who were suspected with endometrial diseases in the clinic.(age:23~65years).The result of TVS examination is recorded. After TVS,the SHG was performded.The result of examination is recorded. Histopathology examination was performed in all patientsafter SHG examination. After all examinations, all patients were drawn for pathologic. At first,we compared TVS with SHG by using the chi-square test, the inspection standard is0.05, whenP<0.05, think that the difference between them has a statistical significance. HS With thecomparison of the and SHG check, also used the χ2matching material inspection, the inspectionstandard is0.05, when P0.05, we think that the difference between them has no statisticalsignificance. We used Kappa analysis to analyze the consistency of TVS, SHG, HS andpathological examination which are diagnosis methods of endometrial polyp of uterus.Results TVS and SHG analysis the result shows that they were different. The differencesignificant (P <0.05). To discuss the results of SHG and HS show that: they have the same basicqualitative diagnostic accuracy (P>0.05)., also there were good uniform for endometrial polyp by SHG,HS and pathologic examination.Conclusion1. SHG was simple and safe,it was superior to TVS obviously in diagnosingendometrial polyp of uterus。2. The accuracy rate of HS is same with SHG in diagnosing polyps,also there were good uniform for endometrial polyps by SHG, HS and pathologicexamination.3.SHG also can provide much more detailed information which can help clinicaldoctors in choosing processing methods and operation methods, it also can make some peopleavoid unnecessary hysteroscopy and the inspection.
