Objective:To explore the intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy on complications and pregnancy outcomesMethod:We analysed retrospectively the clinical data of43case of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy patients and50case of controls labored in the obstetrics Deparment of second Shanxi Medical University;and then analysed the complications and pregnancy outcomes.the status of all patients since April,2002to March,2012.Results:1.The differences in amniotic fluid muck dye,premature delivery,impaired liver function,thrombocytopenia of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and the controls are Significant differences(P<0.05), and there are no significant differences(P>0.05) in Postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of memberane,placental abruption.2. there were bigger Caesarean section rate in ICP group than in controls (P>0.05).3.The incidence of low brith weight was also different between the ICP group and the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can lead to many kinds of complications and affect perinatals more seriously.The ICP group have higher incidence in neonatal asphyxia, amniotic fluid muck dye,fetal distress.we should strengthen management of the prenatal group, so far as to improve maternal and child outcome.
