| Objective:Angelica sinensis is the dried root of Angelica which is a kind of umbelliferae plants, which is commonly used in clinical.In China,it distributes in Gansu, Yunnan, Sichuan, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou.It is also found be cultivated in Vietnam,Korea and Japan.Angelica sinensis producted in Gansu Minxian has the best quality,which is called ’mingui’.This article aims to improve quality standards explore why Mingui was geo-herbs by analysising of environmental factors.Methods:TLC identification method was established.The content of ferulic acid, ligustilide, extract, volatile oil was detected.Inorganic elements and soil physical and chemical indicators were detected.The climate factors were retrieved.Principal component analysis, correlation analysis, gray relational grade, cluster analysis, regression analysis, curve fitting and other methods were used to analyze data selected.Results:Angelica herbs and with Angelica medicinal medicine TLC method was established.The method was good at separation and easy to view.It could also identify the pros and cons of commercial angelica herbs.By researching the intrinsic relationship of the active ingredient and the soil factors,potassium, copper, calcium, strontium, zinc and total nitrogen, organic matter, ammonium and phosphorus in soil was found to be the main factors.By researching the intrinsic relationship of the active ingredient and climate factors,we found that April to August rainfall had a greater influence, while the sunshine hours of July and August and annual sunshine hours and accumulated temperature have a considerable impact on the active ingredient.Conclusion:The established methods increased the quality standards of the Angelica sinensis,and provided a scientific basis.herbs, angelica authentic provide a scientific basis. |
