ObjectiveThis researeh apply Tao He Cheng Qi Tong Fu Huo Xue to treat Patients with sepsis of XueYuFuShi. Through observing the changes of bloodeukocytes, proca-lcitonin,C-reactive Protein, Respiratory, temperature, APACHE Ⅱ seore, Platel-ets, and other relevant indieators, discussing the effect of TongfuHuoXue ther-apy treating Sepsisof XueYuFuShi.Methods60eligible patients with sepsis were eollected in accordance with esta-blished standards. According to the random principle, the patients were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional Western medicine trea-tment. the treatment group accepted Chinese medicine group added Taohecheng-qisoup as intervention therapy on the basis of the treatment for7days. Each group respectively takes blood eukocytes、procalcitonin、C-reactive Protein、 Respiratory、temperature、APACHE Ⅱ seore、Platelets, and other relevant indie-ators quantitative test before and after treatment. The establishment and sta-tistieal analysis of the database are achieved in SPSS19.0software Paekages.ResultsThe difference of WBC, CRP, PCT, PLT, temperature, Respiratory, and APACHE Ⅱ between treatment group and control group before treating were not statistiea-lly signifieant(P<0.05).7days after treatment, the treatment group APACHE Ⅱ seore, PLT level, CRP drop by more than the control group, the difference was statistieally signifieant(P>0.05);the treatment group, PLT level rise in the rate compared with the control group, the difference was statistieally signif-ieant (P<0.05). The treatment group, The drop of Respiratorys temperature and WBC level compeard with control group, the difference was not statistieally signif ieant (P<0.05). The incidence of MODS and mortality between the two grou-ps, there was no significant difference(P<0.05).
