Clinical Research Of Treatment Phlegm And Blood Stasis Coronary Artery Disease With Deng’s Chinese Medicine

Object ivesBy observe the changes of Phlegm and Blood Stasis syndrome and platelet aggregation rate on patients before and after receive one week’s treatments, understand the clinical efficacy and its effect on platelet function, and give theoretical support for the part in treatment coronary heart disease with Chinese Medicine.MethodsRandom divided patients who met the inclusion criteria into treatment group and control group. Treatment group received conventional Western treatment and taking Deng’s Chinese Medicine, while control group only to received the former. Take evaluation of Phlegm and Blood Stasis quantization table designate and platelet aggregation rate before and after one week of treatment. Finally, collected and statistical all data and analysis.ResultsAfter one week of treatment, two groups of Traditional Chinese Medical syndromes had been improved, and the treatment group was better than another. Both two’s platelet aggregation rates decreased, and platelet aggregation rate of treatment group decline compared with control group show no statistically significant.ConclusionOn the basis of Western medicine treatment, taking Deng’s Chinese Medicine can improve clinical symptoms, the effect is better than only using Western treatment. Taking Deng’s Chinese medicine does not exist benefit on improving the rate of platelet aggregation compared with western medicine.
