Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Borderline Coronary Artery Disease (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu Combined With Western Medicine

Objective:Regarded the patients with borderline coronary artery disease,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu combined with western medicine in the treatment of borderline coronary artery disease.Methods: Select the Inclusion criteria of 78 patients with borderline coronary artery disease,then divide them into control group and experimental group randomly.The control group was treated with western medicine only.On the basis of routine western medicine therapy,the treatment group was added with San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu.Then judge the curative effect after continuous treatment for 12 weeks.Result:1.During treatment,the tow groups have no outcome event.The levels of liver function(AST、ALT)and renal function(BUN、Cr)were compared before and after treatment,and the two groups of drugs didn’t cause abnormal indicators(p<0.05).it shows that San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu is safe.2.After treatment,the degree of coronary stenosis in the two groups was no significant change compared with before treatment,suggesting that the two groups can delay the development of coronary stenosis;Two groups after treatment angina symptom scores were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant;But there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).3.Two groups of TCM symptom scores and the carotid plaque score were reduced after treatment,but the treatment group has advantages over the control group(p<0.05).Analysis of the single effective condition of TCM,the treatment group has theedge over the control group on improve palpitation,epigastric fullness due,shortness of breath,exhaustion and so on.But the two groups have no remarkable difference on relieve angina and coronary stenosis(p>0.05).4.Two groups of patients after treatment,compared with before treatment,blood lipids were decreased,there was statistical significance.But the treatment group has advantages over the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:SanShengTiaoZhi Shu united with western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis,and it is safe.It has a good effect on reducing carotid plaque score and blood lipid,but there was no diversity between the two groups in improve angina symptoms and reduced coronary stenosis.
