In order to investigate the chemical structures of glycopeptide, the isolation and purification, structural elucidation were performed on the glycopeptides A. Two homogeneous glycopeptides(B1 and B2) were obtained by DEAE-cellulose and gel filtration chromatography. Their structure of B1 and B2 were identified by a variety of methods including HPLC, GC-MS, methylation analysis,13CNMR and IR.The results were as follows:B1 consisted of mannose and glucose with a molecular weight of 5.69×104. The molar ratio of mannose and glucose was 1:0.05 and the chain of B1 included terminal,1,2-linked, 1,4-linked,1,6-linked,1,2,6-linked,1,2,4,6-linked Man and 1,4-linked Glc.B1 had16 amino acids. The total content of amino acids was 3.88g/100g and the connection of polysaccharides and peptides was O-glycosidic linkage.B2 consisted of mannose and glucose with a molecular weight of 1.55×104. The molar ratio of mannose and glucose was 1:0.05 and the chain of B2 included terminal,1,2-linked, 1,4-linked,1,6-linked,1,2,6-linked,1,2,4,6-linked Man and 1,4-linked,1,3,4-linked,1,2,4-linked Glc. B2 had16 amino acids. The total content of amino acids was 6.15g/100g and the connection of polysaccharides and peptides was O-glycosidic linkage.
