Objectives:Based on Qinghai serum separation specimens of hepatitis b virus(HBV) and vaccination data of Hepatitis B vaccine(HepB) among people in2006, the aims of this study were:(1) to investigate the HBsAg positive rate, HBsAb positive rate, HBcAg positive rate and HepB immunization rate among people in Qinghai province; and (2) to evaluate the effect of HepB immunization program management and to provide theory basis to effectively control HBV.Methods:HBsAg, HBsAb and HBcAb were tested with ELASA and questionnaire survey about Hepatitis B vaccination was carried out among population aged1-59years old selected from Chengxi country of Xining city, Menyuan area of Haibei state and Pingan area of Haidong county by multi-stage random sampling. In field investigation,4ml and2ml venous blood were collected for subjects above2years old and full12months but below2years old, respectively, then serum separation specimens sent to national laboratory testing. Epidata3.1was used to create database and SPSS13.0was used for statistical analysis. Results:The results showed that there were statistically significant differences of immunization rate of HepB1and HepB3among1-4years old children with different ages, areas and birth places (P <0.05). The difference of HBsAb positive rate among different ages for1-4years old children was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences of immunization rate of HepBl and HepB3among5~59years old people with different education levels, occupations, areas and birth places (P<0.05). The differences of HBsAg positive rate of different ages and occupations for5~59years old people were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences of HBsAb and HBcAb positive rate with different education levels and areas (P<0.05). The investigation also found that the immunization rate of HepB1and HepB3among1~4,5~14and15~59years old people groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with15~59years old people,1~4years old children had lower HBcAb and HBsAg positive rate, but higher HBsAb positive rate (P<0.05)Conclusion:Since2002, with HepB planed into the children’s immune program in Qinghai province, the immunization rate of HepBl and HepB3with1~4years old children had obviously higher than5~14,15~59years old people.HBV serological markers had changed. But compared with the 1992survey of qinghai province, HBsAb positive rate(8.21%) was down74.91%, especially HBsAb positive rate of1~4years old people was dropped to0.33%. However, compared with the immunization rate of HepB1(77.38%) and HepB3(96.72%) of1~4years old children, the immunization rate of HepB1(0.13%) and HepB3(11.51%) of15~59years old people was still lower. Thus, on the basis of improved immunization rate of HepB in children, scope of HBV immune people should be expanded to form an effective immune barrier for infection control. At the same time, HepB immune under15years old people should be strengthened to get HBV control target early.
