Significance Of Serum Cystatin C、β2-MG、UA In Rabbit Kidney With Partial Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction

Objective: To use some rabbits with partial unilateral ureteral obstruction model is toexplore the value of CystatinC、β2-microglobulin、Uric Acid in different stages fordiagnosing，recoverying and treating renal dysfunction. The pathological changes ofkidney testis were observed after different stages, which is to guide clinic therapy withintervene kidney fibrosis.Methods:Fifty health male rabbits were divided into a control group and aexperimental group. The rabbits in control group (n=10)were only made ureter free.The experimental group, after 1week, 2weeks, 4weeks, 8weeks were devided into 4groups(n=10) were made partial unilateral ureteral obstruction model. CystatinC，β2-microglobulin，Uric Acid were measured in rabbits of partial unilateral ureteralobstruction. Glomerulaf filtration rate(GFR)by radionuclide renography wasconsidered to be a standard to decide the correlation between GFR and the above threeparameters. Rabbits in each group , were completed nuclide renal dynamic imagingafter two days, were put to death, and take the kidney; The pathological changes ofkidney testis were observed by light microscope.Results:①With the extension of time of obstruction, the detection of indicatorsincreased gradually. Serum CystatinC，β2-microglobulin，Uric Acid levels of thePUUO group in the 1 week in the kidneys of rabbits with the model group and thecontrol group，were no statistical significance(P＞0.05)，and the three parameters，levels were significantly increased(comparing the control group，P＜0.01) after 2weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks in PUUO groups.②The correlation between the three parameters and GFR is very significant，thecorrelation is negative correlation.③Pathological observation of rabbit testis: in the first week, the tubular expansion is mild and the interstitial edema is not obvious, monocyte cells and lymph cellsinfiltrated in the interstitial; with the extension of time of obstruction, the aboveperformances increase rapidly, the tubular expansion is further more; in the eighthweek, inflammatory cells reduce obviously, interstitial fills with a large number offibroblast; finally, the kidneys develop glomerusclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis.Conclusion：①Serum cystatin C ,β2-microglobulin,Uric Acid are more sensitivemakers for GFR；②The above indexes are more significant in judging the level of the Hydronphrosis，and in diagnosising，treating and recoverying in clinical;③Pathological observation of rabbit testis can find renal interstitial fibrosis timely,which may enhance prevention and treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis by takingdrugs.
