| In current,cardiovascular disease seriously threatens people’s lives in the world. Heart failure is the leading cause of death of cardiovascular disease, the mortality rate remains high, and ventricular remodeling throughout the occurrence and development of heart failure process, so accurate screening and diagnosing ventricular remodeling is particularly important. More and more enzyme, hormone, biological material, the markers of stress, heart function disorder and myocardial cell damage was found, and that has been wildly applied in the cardiovascular disease scientific research, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. This review focuses on the serum biological markers in heart failure which were studied more, and to explore the values of the application of which in heart failure of clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. |
