So,it has very important clinical significance to find newtnmormarker, to diagnosisã€therapy and prognosis of gallbladder cancer.Objective: The experiment to explore the expression of E-cadherinã€Î²-catenin and cyclin D1 ingallbladder carcinomaã€gallbladder adenoma and cholecystitis,accoding to the result analysis thecorrection between three targets and its clinical significance,Thus for gallbladder diagnosis andtreatment start a new way。Methods: The expression of E-cadherinã€Î²-catenin and cyclin D1 were detected withimmunohistochemistry (SABC) in gallbladder carcinoma,gallbladder adenoma aand cholecystitis.To apply SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the experimental data.Results:(1)The expression rate of E-cadherin in the gallbladder carcinoma(37.9ï¼…)notable lowthan that in gallbladder adenoma(66.6ï¼…) and cholecystitis(68.4ï¼…). The abnomal expression rateofβ-catenin in the in the gallbladder carcinoma(63.8ï¼…) notable higher than that in gallbladderadenoma(33.3ï¼…) and cholecystitis(46.2ï¼…). The expression rate of cyclin D1 in thegallbladder carcinoma(59.0ï¼…) notable higher than that in gallbladder adenoma(33.3ï¼…) andcholecystitis(26.3ï¼…)(.2)The expression of E-cadherin andβ-catenin in gallbladder carcinoma issignificantly related with tumor invasion metasis,differentiation degree and clinical stage oftumoror according to Nevin(P<0.05) and not related with patient’s ageã€sex (P>0.05)ï¼›Theexpression of cyclin D1 in gallbladder carcinoma is significantly related with differentiationdegree and clinical stage of tumoror according to Nevin(P<0.05),not related with patient’s ageã€sex and tumor invasion metasis (P>0.05).(3)the expression of E-cadherin andβ-catenin incarcinoma of gallbladder is negative correlation(r=-0.298 p<0.05) .the expression of E-cadherinand cyclin D1 in carcinoma of gallbladder is negative correlation(r=-0.320 P<0.05). theexpression ofβ-catenin and cyclin D1 in gallbladder carcinoma is positively correlation(r=0.270P<0.05) .Conclusion: E-cadherinã€Î²-catenin and cyclin D1 plays an important role in the genesis and progression of gallbladder carcinoma .
