Objective:To study the relationship, that between Left Ventricular Damage and Microalbuminuria、Endothelial function in Essential HypertensionMethod:Select200out-patients and in-patients with Left ventricular damaged, among the age from60to75, from October2009to October2011(Merger of left ventricular hypertrophy groups:47cases; Left ventricular systolic function decline groups:58cases; Left ventricular diastolic function to drop groups:61cases), the same age range from simple35cases hypertension patients for the control group. All conventional measure blood pressure, weight, height, body mass index (BMI); monitor the plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)、Creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), morning urine microalbuminuria(MA) on empty stomach. All patients were done heart colour to exceed check, calculation left entricular mass index(LVIM), room wall middle shorten rate(mFS), blood early and late diastole filled with the speed ratio(E/A).Result:(1) Compared with the simple hypertension group, the microalbuminuria, endothelin-1in High blood pressure with left ventricular hypertrophy group (LVH) increase significantly(p<0.05), but the two groups in age, sex ratio, blood pressure (systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure), creatinine, blood urea nitrogen index was not statistically significant(p>0.05). Conclusion:1、Endothelial function of damage involved in the high blood pressure left ventricular damage occurred, the whole development process.2、High blood pressure is possible early many viscera and involvement, during which there may be some correlations. On the high blood pressure, we should assess many visceras of damage at the same time,and for early intervention.3、Regression analysis found that:left ventricular structure and function change, not only relevant with the blood pressure level about, still be age, endothelial function, body mass indexes, kidney and other factors.
