Objective:Explore the relationship between serum bilirubin, uric acid, blood fat and coronaryheart disease patients with coronary artery stenosis degree. Methods: No. 1 Hospital of Shanxi Medical University checked 201 patients about the coronaryangiography, and drew morning hollow venous blood to test serum bilirubin, uric acid and lipidprofile. Trough calculating Gensini integral, coronary angiography results was measured.According to coronary artery angiography results, it is divided into the control group andcoronary heart disease (CHD) group, and CHD group is divided into single lesions group, agroup, double lesions multivessel disease groups; according to Gensini integral results, it isdivided into 0-1, 2-20, 21-40, and more than 40 four groups, marked as a, b, c, d groups. UsingSpearman Rank Correlation to analyze the correlation between serum bilirubin, uric acid, lipidlevels and coronary artery disease degree. Results: Compared with the control group, the density of serum total bilirubin (TBIL), directbilirubin (DBIL), indirect bilirubin (IBIL) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) incoronary heart disease group is clearly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01); in CHDgroup, (UA) level, total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoproteincholesterol (LDL-C) is obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); serum TBIL,DBIL, IBIL, HDL-C level decreases with the increase of the Gensini points, it is negativecorrelation (P<0.01), serum UA, TC and TG, LDL-C level increase with the increase of Gensiniintegral, a positive correlation (P<0.01).Conclusions: Serum bilirubin concentration decreases, uric acid increases, dyslipidemia andcoronary artery stenosis degree is closely related to the degree of coronary lesions, and it has avalue to predicting CHD patients. Master the indexes above early and intervene it, we mayprevent cardiovascular events.
