Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound for the early cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods : cases cesarean scar pregnancy in menopause 4 to 8 weeks confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Analysis characteristics of transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound. Analysis the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound in the early cesarean scar pregnancy, and summarize the ultrasound characteristics of transvaginal three-dimensional of color Doppler ultrasound. All preoperative ultrasound diagnosis were compared with postoperative pathologic results.Results: Twenty-one cases cesarean scar pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology, transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis 14 of 21 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy, 5 cases was suspected, 2 cases was misdiagnosised, the diagnosis coincidence rate66.7%(14/21), transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis 19 of 21 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy, one case was suspected, one case was misdiagnosised, the diagnosis coincidence rate90.5%(19/21), The diagnostic coincidenc of two methods was significant different. The classification of the 21 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy include mixed type was 2 cases, gestational sac implanted in cesarean scar 5 cases, gestational sac implanted partly in cesarean scar and partly intrauterine was 14 cases. The two methods have no obvious difference in diagnosising of mixed type and the type of gestational sac implanted in cesarean scar. But the three-dimensional ultrasound has significant advantage in diagnosising of the type of gestational sac implanted partly in cesarean scar and partly intrauterine compared with the two-dimensinona ultrasound.Conclusions: Transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound can improve the early diagnostic coincidence rate of cesarean scar pregnancy, can increase the diagnostic confidence of ultrasound doctors,can provide more detaily diagnostic information, has certain advantages for diagnosing the early cesarean scar pregnancy, has high clinical value.
