Objective:Shanxi Medical University Second Clinical Medical College hospital , patients with gas-tricpolyps , the clinical features and related information , analyze the risk factors of gastric polyps ,provide the clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric polyps .Methods:January 2002 to January 2012 , Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University , treated 179cases of patients with gastric polyps (excluding special type of PJ syndrome, hereditarypolypo-sis ) . Retrospective analysis of all the general situation of the study , clinical data ,endoscopy re-ports , and the polyps .The control group 1 : the order of 200 patients collected from 2005 to 2011 , the Second ClinicalHospital of Shanxi Medical received gastroscopy .The control group 2 : Sequential extraction from 2002 to 2011 to see the Second ClinicalHospital of Shanxi Medical and accept the diagnosis of chronic gastritis H. pylori in patientsdetected 108 cases .Data by Excell building a database and statistical analysis of data using SPSS16.0 measurementdata x (- )±s said or median, count data expressed as a percentage rate were compared using theχ~2 test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)Results:(1) Achieve the inclusion criteria of patients with gastric polyps were collected 179 cases , morecommon in women , accounting for 66.48% ; male: female = 1:1.98 ; More hair, aged between41 to 75 years accounted for 84.4% ; Single common, accounting for 72.63% and accounted for27.37% , multiple ,Gastric polyp growth of the most common sites were the gastric antrum, gastric body , gastric , multi-site , cardia , gastric angle . The annual rate of gastric polypsgenerally showed an increasing trend .(2) This study showed that the polyp women , age > 40 years old, Chronic Gastritis rate washigher . Difference was statistically significant .These factors can be considered as risk factorsassociated with gastric polyps . Compared to smoking, alcohol consumption , with the controlgroup , no sig-nificant difference .(3) Overall, the stomach polyps Group H.pylori in infection rate with the control group ( chronicga-stritis ) than non- statistically significant, but different pathological types of gastric polyps H pylori in infection rates is not the same . Inflammatory polyps and hyperplastic polyps in patientswith H priori infection rate than other pathologic types . Hyperplastic polyp group the highestinfection rate , the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group .Fundic gland polyps and Helicobacter pylori infection were negatively correlated. Adenomabecause of the number of cases is too small but not enter the statistics.(4) Pathologic examination in 179 cases of gastric polyps in patients with a total of 204 gastricpo-lyps , pathological type , followed by inflammatory polyps ( 65.20% ) , hyperplastic polyps( 25.00% ) , fundic gland polyps ( 7.84% ) , adenoma polyps in 4 ( 1.96% ) ; Two cases ofpatients with adenomatous polyps associated with atypical hyperplasia, and one cases of patientswith ade-nomatous polyps were finally diagnosed as adenocarcinoma .(5) Patients with non-specific gastrointestinal symptoms , the most common symptoms are upperabdominal pain , bloating , belching , anorexia , there are a few manifested as hematemesis ,melena ; some patients with gastric polyps associated with chronic gastritis ; 18 cases withintestinal polyps .Conclusion:(1) Gastric polyps single common , there are multiple ; The most common gastric polyp growthsites were antrum, gastric body and fundus, multiple sites , cardia occurred in the gastric an-glebyrare ; Gastric polyps histological type from largest tosmallest as follows: inflammatory polyps, hyperplastic polyps , fundic glandpolyps , adenomatous polyps .(2)Age > 40 years old , female ,, chronic gastritis, gastric polyps of risk factors . The relationshipof different pathological types of gastric polyps and H.pylori infection , a high prevalence ofinflammatory, hyperplastic polyps . H.pylori infection is a risk factor for hyper-plastic gastricpolyps , but the occurrence of H.pylori infection and fundic gland polyps in a negativecorrelation .(3) Hyperplastic gastric polyps should be the eradication of H.pylori treatment .(4) Rate of malignant transformation of adenomatous gastric polyp is high.
