Analysis Of Risk Factors Of Colonic Polyps Existence In Patients With Gastric Polyps

Objectives:To analyze the risk factors of the incidence of colorectal polyps(CP)in the patients with gastric polyps(GP),and to provide advice for clinical prevention and intervention for colorectal carcinoma(CRC).Method:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 221 patients with gastric polyps in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019was carried out.All the patients were divided into control group(112cases,patients with gastric polyps)and case group(109cases,patients with gastric polyps and colonic polyps)according to the colonoscopy results.Result:single factor analysis showed that the indices including gender,age,drinking,inflammatory gastric polyps were significantly different from that of control group(?~2=12.06,28.553,4.919,10.904;P<0.05)after adjusting the interaction of the factors.Multi factor Logistic analysis showed that the risk of gastrointestinal polyps Was significantly related with gender,age and inflammatory gastric polyps(P<0.05),and the OR value from small to large were inflammatory gastric polyps,age,gender.In addition,in the gastric polyps combined with colerectol polyps,left colon polyps accounted for 53.7%of colorectol polyps.Conclusion:The male gastric polyp patients should be examined by colonoscopy,inflammatory gastric polyp patients should be examined by colonoscopy,the age over 60 years old gastric polyp patients should be examined by colonoscopy.Above-mentioned patients should be examined carefully by colonoscopy,especially the left colon.
