Objective:To study lipoprotein(a) and blood lipid levels and acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and related risk fators, as well as cerebral infarction by different syndrome of TCM changes in lipoprotein(a)(Lp(a)) and blood lipid levels of clinical observation, preliminary study of Lp(a) and blood lipid levels and acute cerebral infarction related to the different syndrome of TCM.Methods:Selected meet diagnostic crttria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria,331cases of actue Cerebral Infraction patients, out-patient examination of the normal healthy control group of100cases. Two groups were respectively recorded age, sex, body mass index (BMI), Lp(a), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL). The group of ACI were recorded whether pat ients suffering from coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes. According to syndrome differentiation of TCM, the group of ACI is divided into eight types, namely, the wind-phlegm and blood stasis, the closing resistance of choroids group, the liver Yang and wind-heat disturbance group, the phlegm-heat and bomel stoppage and wind-phlegm disturbance group, the Qi deficiency with blood stasis group, the wind formation due to Yin deficiency group, the phlegm-heat within the clear orfices group, the phlegm-damp moncey spirit group, the Yuan-Qi vitality exhaustion and unconsciousness group. Through the statistics analysis of the two groups in age, sex, BMI, Lp(a), TG, TC, LDL, HDL have differences whether or not. The group of ACI in Lp(a) and concerned risk factors associated with the relationship. The group of ACI in blood lipid levels and Lp(a) and syndrome differentiation of TCM associated with the relationship. Results:In the ACI group and control group, there is not a significant difference in age and gender and BMI with statistics analysis. The groups of TG and TC is statistically difference (P<0.05), LDL statistically significant difference (P<0.01), HDL is not difference (P>0.05), Lp(a) also more difference (P <0.01). The groups compared concerned risk factors. Their Hypertension and diabetes have no difference statistically (P>0.05). But their coronary heart disease and fatness have more difference (P<0.05). The group of ACI of syndrome differentiation of TCM in seven types is divided into sevem groups. Through the statistics analysis of the seven groups in TG, TC, LDL, HDL have significant difference (P<0.01), Lp(a) difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:TG, TC, LDL and Lp (a) is closely related to ACI. Lp(a) abnomally elevated is one of risk factors in ACI and is related to coronary heart disease and fatness statistically. TG, TC, LDL, HDL of ACI of seven different groups of TCM mainly is closely related to the wind-phlegm and blood stasis, the closing resistance of choroids group, the liver Yang and wind-heat disturbance group. Though Lp(a) importantly is related to the wind-phlegm and blood stasis, the closing resistance of choroids group.
