Object:To evaluate the efficacy of2micron continuous wave laservaporesection for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods: Randomly selected respectively patients with superficialbladder tumor who had done electricity cut method and2microns laser surgeryeach30cases of cutting group and2microns laser group from2011.1.1to2012.1.1.Compared with those two groups of the patient’s age, gender, tumorsize, single and multiple general features, etc. Summary compared with twogroups of operation time, indwelling urinary catheter time, postoperative lienbladder washout index number. At the same time use SPSS software incomedata analysis, evaluation of treatment and postoperative recovery short-termcurative effect。Results: Surgical procedure was successful.2microns laser groupoperation time is5-65min, average23min. Postoperative flush in1,accounting for3.3%of the total, placing a urinary catheter for an average of3.23d. Transurethral resection group operation time is10-100min, an averageof33.3min, postoperative bladder douche13cases, accounting for43.3%ofthe total, placing a urinary catheter for an average of4.2d. The two groups ofaverage operation time, lien urine tube time the difference of index arestatistically significant (P <005),2microns laser group began bladder douchenumber less than cutting group (P <005).Conclusion:Transurethral2microns laser treatment of superficial bladdertumor with short-term curative effect, less invasive, postoperative recoverfaster.
