Background:Auto fat granule is a good kind of tissue filling material, easily obtained and has no organ rejection, Using the Way of rejection to free transplantation, this method has advantages of simple operation and cause small wound. Clinically, the technology has been widely used in cosmetic areas such as filling the depression on face、body surface and breast augmentation. Our previous studies confirmed that that accelerate the blood circulation reconstructing is critical for Improving Survival Rate of grainy fat grafting. So vascular endothelial growth factor becomes the key to the research. And how to choose biological materials which has good histocompatibility and could be degradation timely, at the same time it could be controlled release nontoxic biological materials. Construct growth factor which could constantly affect the target organisms and cells is the Key of the research and the prospect of development in this area.AIM:To investigate the Effects of Survival Rate of grainy fat grafting. METHODS:The cells obtained from human After further purification, They were divided into4groups according to different extents After digested. VEGF and alga calcim were used in study groups, alga calcim was used in control group,VEGF was used in control group, and none of the growth factor and delivery system were added in blank control group. each group of compound was injected into the subcutaneus of rats specimens, then they were procured at3,6,12, and24week after surgery for histology observation and have been studied by weight of Graft、electron micros-copy、histological stain and the blood microvevessels staining with CD34.RESULTS:The weight and vascular density of the transplanted in the treated group was higher than that in control group. There was significant statistical difference, But the differences between each control groups have no sense in statistics.CONCLUSIONS:Composites of VEGF with calcium alginate as Carrier can stimulate blood vessel development in Adipose tissue after transplantation, thereby increasing Survival Rate of grainy fat grafting.
