Analysis Of Policy Implementation Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System In Game Theory

New rural cooperative medical system had be development and improvement in last9years. As an important public policy,it can improve health resources which part rural people could get, so most of rural people enjoy this policy. From this research,this policy implementation is a game process. Governments at all levels, Medical institutions, and farmers, they all play a role with sufficient rational. They use the resource what they can control and public impact to make themselves get more benefit. Their behavior affects the continuity of policies.This article studies the new rural cooperative medical system in game theory, in the context of Gansu province. Through questionnaires and interviews we get a lot of useful information about this study. Then, we started to study mode of financing and compensation, and something about it. At the end of this article, we make policy recommendations.
