The Kidney Essence Deficiency Effects On Body’s Growth And Brain Tissue Antioxidant And Filling Kidney Treatment Of Experiments

Objective:By the method of horror injuring kidney and over-fatigue established the animal model of kidney essence insufficiency, and observed the growth, development, serum hormone levels, development of bone,antioxidant capacity of the mice, to explore the therapeutic effects and mechanism of Zibu Shenjing Fang on nourishing kidney essence.Methods:50healthy male Kunming mouse were divided into5groups:normal group, model group, Jinkui Shenqi Pill group, Zibu Shenjing Fang high and low doses group. Except normal group, other4groups were created the deficiency kidney essence animal model by the method of horror injuring kidney and over-fatigue for21days. Meanwhile, model group was given saline(0.2ml·kg-1·d-1), others were given Jingui Shenqi bolus(2.7g·kg-1·d-1)to Jinkui Shenqi Pill group, Zibu Shenjing Fang(20g·kg-1·d-1,10g·kg-1·d-1)to Zibu Shenjing Fang high and low doses groups respectively for21days. Then observed the general situation of animals, measured weight、the quantity of Feed and water、femoral length and quadriceps weight、swimming time、 and the quantities of T-SOD、GSH-Px、MDA in Brain tissue.the quantities of Leptin in blood、 Leptin receptor and NPY in Brain tissue.Results:Zibu Shenjing Fang not only makes the symptoms of the deficiency of Kidney essence mouse better, increases weight,the quantity of Feed and water,femoral length and quadriceps weight and Swimming time, but also improves the levels of T-SOD, GSH-Px and lessens MDA in Brain tissue. Meanwhile improves the levels of NPY and lessens blood Leptin and Leptin receptor in Brain tissue.Conclusion:Kidney essence deficiency could influence the growth and development of anmial models, which showed that the physical growth and development was slow, the growth hormoe level was low and the body antioxidant ability was decreased. Zibu Shenjing Fang played a role in promoting the body growth and developemnt, increasing the level of animal growth hormone and improving the ability of body antioxidant in kidney essence insufficiency mice. Zibu Shenjing Fang plays the role of Filling Kidney essence by adjusting free radicals level and Leptin, Leptin receptor and NPY.
