ObjectiveTo Analyze the difference comparing the two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, color dopple flow imaging(CDFI) and color energy imaging(PDI) in detecting the healthy hip joints’ blood flow of Perthes disease with the painful saide, and to explore the relation of supply-blood changes in the femoral head and the necrosis of femoral head, as well as to evaluate the value of the color and power doppler imaging used in detecting the hip joints’blood flow of Perthes diseaseMethods1. Patients of the unilateral femoral head necrosis of Perthes disease were choosed, comparing with the self-control group2. Two-dimensional ultrasound, CDFI and PDI imaging were taked to detect the hip joints’blood flow. Then all the dates of the examinations were analyzed and compared.3. Contrastive analysis of observation data of the CDFI and PDI imaging between the healthy femoral heads with the painful saide.4. The statistical correlation was analyzed among different periods of femoral head necrosis by the date of power doppler imagingResults1. Different periods of the necrosis of femoral head had different two-dimensional ultrasound images.2. The mean peak systolic velocity (PSV) of the lateral ascending cervical arteries of the painful hips (15.16±5.94) was lower than that of the healthy side(26.50±7.21)(P<0.05). The resistance index (RI) of the lateral ascending cervical arteries of the painful hips (0.63±0.07) was higher than that of the healthy side (0.54±0.08)(P<0.05). The blood flow grade of the CDFI were lower than the healthy hips (P<0.05)3. The blood flow grade of the PDI in the necrosis of stage Ⅳ was less than stage Ⅱ (P<0.05).4. The blood flow grade of the PDI was one, two and three whose area were (0.188±0.04) cm2,(0.34±0.06) cm2and (0.47±0.05) cm2(p<0.05)ConclusionYou could get clear two-dimensional ultrasound images with Ultrasonography to make a diagnosis. We could find there were higer RI, lower PSA and lower blood flow grade in the necrosis of femoral head by CDFI, which confirms ischemic of femoral head caused necrosis. The blood flow grade of the PDI in the necrosis of stage IV was less than stage Ⅱ, which illuminated there was correlation between the degree of necrosis and the degree of ischemic. The blood flow grade of the PDI has a board future in detecting the femoral head’ blood flow. With CDFI and PDI we could detect the hip joints’ blood flow of the Perthes Disease, and it may become a significant exam to evaluate the recovery of the Perthes Disease...
