Clinical Research Of Fu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis

ObjectivesThe incidence rate on Congestive Heart Failure is high.It’s5years survival similar to malignant tumors, Congestive Heart Failure has become a common and serious disease that seriously threat to the safety of human life. The aim of the study is to evaluate if the Fu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste can improve the symptoms function of chronic heart failure patients, and cardiac function, and correct neuroendocrine,by observing the BNP, heart failure score and cardiac function classification and other indicators of the chronic heart failure patients which card is yang deficiency blood stasis before and after treatment.MethodsAccording to the principle of randomized, choose standard chronic cardiac insufficiency patients60cases, and random points into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group and control group is1:1designed. The control group use the latest "congestive heart failure treatment advice" recommend the most suitable treatment regimen, the treatment group use the same regimen and increased use of Fu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste, the two groups will take12weeks of continuous treatment. The patients’ informations, include BNP、heart failure score and cardiac function classification and other indicators, will be collected before and after treatment.Result1. BNP This study shows that the average BNP of the two groups of patients decreased after treatmen, with significant differences(p<0.05), indicate the basis for the treatment of wsetern medicine or western medicine therapy plus the Fu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste can significantly correct the neuroendocrine of the chronic heart failure patients. But there is no difference of the decreased level of BNP in the comparison between the two groups (p>0.05).2. Clinical efficacy On improving of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, Lee points, cardiac function classification, the treatment group shows the better efficacy than the control group(p<0.05), indicate that western medicine therapy plus the Fu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste is better than basis for the treatment of wsetern medicine on improving the clinical symptoms of heart failure patients and cardiac function classification.ConclusionFu Zheng Gu Ben Wen Yang Tong Mai Paste can improve the clinical symptoms of the chronic heart failure patients which card is yang deficiency blood stasis, and it can improve the cardiac function classification of these patients. It can reduce the BNP of the patients with chronic heart failure, and regulate these patients’neuroendocrine function.
