Observation Of Shen Fu Qiang Xin Decoction Clinical Effect On Chronic Heart Failure Of Qi And Yang Deficiency, Blood Stasis And Water Stagnation Syndrome

Objective: Through observe the effect of Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction on clinical signs and symptoms,NT-pro BNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA heart function classification,6-minute walk and related indicators distance in patients with chronic heart failure of qi and yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome,to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction in treating chronic heart failure,and explore the possible mechanism and provide the basis for Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction treatment chronic heart failure.Methods: 64 patients with chronic heart failure of qi and yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome from Inpatient or outpatient department of Cardiology in the third affiliated hospital of henan university of TCM were randomly divided into shenfuqiangxin decoction treatment group(32 cases) and conventional western medicine control group(32 cases) with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.Observe the changes of clinical signs and symptoms,NT-pro BNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA heart function classifycation and 6-minute walk distance before treatment and after treatment,and observe the related biochemical indicators of patients to assess drug safety.Results: 1.Before treatment,compared two groups of patients with age,gender,primary disease,duration,TCM syndrome score,NYHA heart function classification,NT-pro BNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-minute walk distance,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);2.After treatment,two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score,NYHA heart function classification and 6-minute walk distance were obviously improved than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the NT-pro BNP level in two groups were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in two groups were improved than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); 5.Compared with TCM syndrome curative efficacy in two groups of patients after treatment,the total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.3% and 82.7% respectively,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);6.Compared with heart function efficacy in two groups of patients after treatment,the total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 79.3% respectively,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);7.There was no severe adverse reaction in the period of observation in two groups.Conclusion:1.In the NT-pro BNP level reduce and the improvement of clinical symptom,NYHA heart function,exercise tolerance and quality of life,the patients who with chronic heart failure treated with Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction and western medicine over the patients who use only western medicine.2.There was no severe adverse reaction in the period of observation in two groups,this study prompted us that the patients who with chronic heart failure treatment with western medicine and Shen Fu Qiang Xin decoction based on syndrome differentiation of TCM were safe and effective.This therapeutic schedule worth more research and clinical promotion.
