Object iveObserved Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of stomach and liver qi stagnation type stomach clinical curative effect, explored its clinical value and mechanism, to provide a theoretical basis.MethodsWe collected the cases met the inclusion criteria40cases, met the inclusion criteria, divided the patients into treatment group and control group randomly20cases in each group. Treatment group received Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with conventional acupuncture therapy. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups got treatments once for two day,6times as a treatment course. Evaluated the patients’condition in the initial treatment, treatment after one time, a treatment after course and1month after the end of treatment course, and record of gastrointestinal diseases TCM syndrome scoring. The assessment results were analyzed, According to the result, compared clinical curative effect of floating needle combined with routine acupuncture with conventional acupuncture treatment of stomach and liver qi stagnation type stomach.Results1. Through the distribution of the two groups to compare the clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of treatment group was95%(clinical cure rate was20%;Significant curative rate was55%), the total effective rate of the control group was80%(clinical cure rate was5%;Significant curative rate was30%). With the comparison of the effects between the two groups, the rank test showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05), indicating the therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. Total effective rate result is insignificant(P>0.05) yet with a high record, suggesting both method can materially improve patients’clinical symptoms effects.2. The treatment group in the treatment of an integral, a course of treatment, follow-up and treatment group in contrast, differences were statistically significant (P<0.01); the control group integral in one course of treatment, follow-up and treatment before the within group comparisons, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), treatment time and treatment in comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group treatment once that can significantly reduce the integral, superior to the control group, prompting the floating needle therapy combined with conventional acupuncture in the immediate curative effect.3. Two groups of each treatment period syndrome integral comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), description of floating needle combined with routine acupuncture to reduce symptoms points, improve the symptoms of instant, long-term efficacy than conventional acupuncture curative effect.ConclusionThe treatment group after floating needle combined with the conventional acupuncture treatment, improve significantly better than the control group, the immediate effect, significantly better than the control group.
