Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Shuganhewei Acupuncture For Treating Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach Type

Purpose:Epigastric pain is a kind of gastrointestinal disease the most common clinical and epidemiological survey of epigastric pain is widespread,even seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Based on the experimental research and analysis of this topic,to determine scientific and objective of the clinical results of Shuganhewei acupuncture treatment of liver stomach stomachache,so as to provide a scientific and effective way of medical treatment for the majority of patients with stomach disorders.Method:The subject of the 72 cases of Ganqi fanwei epigastric pain treatment were divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group were consistent with the inclusion criteria and discharge.One group was treated with acupuncture and the other was treated with oral Chinese medicine.To improve the situation according to the TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation and the SAS scale,"according to the" guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs of[1]epigastric pain patients respectively before and after treatment to make diagnosis and evaluation,data entry and analysis were done in SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result:1.In the.72 group,the observers were selected(36 cases in the treatment group,3 cases excluded,36 cases in the control group,4 cases excluded).Before the diagnosis and treatment,the basic data of the patients(age,sex,course of disease,TCM Syndrome Scale and SAS score)were integrated and compared.The two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and SAS scores in the two groups were significantly different(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups,SAS score,epigastric pain,belching,acid regurgitation,abnormal stool P<0.05,there were significant differences(p<0.05)3.Looking at the whole situation,the total improvement rate of acupuncture group was 90.9%,and the total improvement rate of drug group was 78.1%.There was a significant difference in rank sum test(p<0.05),and the effect of acupuncture group was better than that of proprietary medicine group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Shuganhewei acupuncture and oral medicine Chaihu Shugan pill in the treatment of certain diseases make stomach weiwantong has,acupuncture is better than oral medicine method.
