The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.According to observing and recording the symptoms changes in two groups before and after treatment and the recurrence after stoping drugs for one month, Draw a conclusion through using the SPSS 19.0 software to make statistical analysis concluding the symptom scores before and after treatment, the recent efficacy and the recurrence rate.Results:1.The recent efficacy:The total efficacy of the treatment group and the control group individually were 85% and 75%. The comparison between the two groups had statistically significant (P<0.05), therefore it indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The symptoms improvement:The two groups could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group on improving the symptoms of the patients(P< 0.05), especially on the following four symptoms as the fullness in chest and hypochondrium, hiccup, depression or irritability and frequent sighing. the efficacy of the treatment group was equal to the control group on improving the symptoms of the patients, such as epigastric pain, belching, gastric reduction, epigastric burning, acid regurgitation (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group individually were 11.8% and 46.7%. The comparison between the two groups had statistically significant (P<0.05), therefore it indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better steady than the efficacy of the control group. Conclusion:Jiaweixiangsu decoction had obvious advantages on improving the clinical symptoms of the patients and regulating emotion, had stable curative effect on the treatment of functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome (liver-stomach qi stagnation type), and also had good clinical value, worthy of promotion and further research.
