Study On Quality Standard Of Teaseed Oil

Objective:Yangxue Zhitong Wan (YZW, a pill for blood-nourishing and pain relief) is an internal product of Luoyang Orthopaedic-Traumatological Hospital. It is also one of the conventional clinical medicine used by Pingle Guo for Bone-setting, mainly composed of thirteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicine, including Salvia, White Paeony Root, Radices cyathμLae, etc. It can promote blood and Qi circμLation, warm the channels and dredge the collaterals, remove swelling and pain. So it is usually used in diseases such as blood and cold stasis, pain of knee joint arising from additional growth of bone, swelling in knee joint, restricted activity, etc. In order to have better control of the product quality of Yangxue Zhitong Wan and ensure its clinical curative effect, this research establishes more comprehensive quality standards for this medicine.Methods:Thin layer chromatography (TLC) is used for the qualitative identification of Rhizoma Cyperi, Gentiana, Achyranthes bidentata, cassia twig, Salvia miltiorrhiza, white peony root, Angelica sinensis and HPLC is used for determination of the content of Tanshinone IIA and FerμLic acid. The chromatographic conditions for determining the content of Tanshinone HA are:chromatographic column:DIKMA Diamonsil column (C18,150×4.6mm,5μm); the column temperature:35℃; the mobile phase:methanol-water (75:25); flow speed is:1.0mL/min:the wavelength detection is:268nm; sample size:10μL. The chromatographic conditions for determining the content of FerμLic acid are:chromatographic column:DIKMA Diamonsil column (C18,150×4.6mm,5μm); the column temperature:35℃; the mobile phase acetonitrile-0.085%phosphoric acid solution (17:83); flow speed:1.0mL/min; the wavelength detection:316nm; sample size:10μL Methodological investigations are also carried out on both of them respectively.ResμLts:The spots of TLC chromatogram of seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine namely Angelica, white peony root, Salvia miltiorrhiza, cassia twig, Achyranthes bidentata, Gentiana, Cyperus are clear, same color sports are found at the same place of testing sample in comparision with original one, no negative interference; within the sample size range of0.01984～0.15872μg, Tanshinone IIA reference sample has good linear relationship, γ=0.9997, the average recovery rate is98.98%, RSD is1.98%; within the sample size range of0.02432～0.19456μg, FerμLic acid reference sample has good linear relationship, γ=0.9998, the average recovery rate is99.60%, RSD is0.88%. In the sample, the average content of Tanshinone IIA is0.47mg/g and the average content of FerμLic acid is0.054mg/g in this product.Conclusion:This method is accurate, sensitive, and good reproducibility; it can be used as the quality standard for the product.
