The Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jianpi-Xingqi-Xiaopi Decoction Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Functional dyspepsia(FD) is common clinically,but it has no organic change.In recent years,its morbidity is increasing year by year and it relapses easily.They has a severe influence on quality of life in patients.There is no unified conclusion on its pathogenesis at present.The treatment of modern medicine gives priority to symptomatic treatment.Accelerating intestinal peristalsis and inhibiting the gastric secretion play important roles in treating FD.However,this treatment has not only much side effects,such as stools or constipation,but also high recurrence rate.Nowadays,the advantage of Chinese medicine treating for FD becomes more and more notable.Under the guidance of my tutor,through the repeatedly screeing in the process of early clinical observation,we develop an empirical formula called Jianpi-Xingqi-Xiaopi decoction initially for treating the disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of FD,and it achieves good effect.So my subject focuses on this decoction for clinical effect assessment.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi-Xingqi-Xiaopi decoction in treatment of the disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of FD.Method select61patients,which are meeting diagnosis standards of Modern Medicine and the disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of FD,and then divide them into treatment group and control group randomly.The treatment group takes Jianpi-Xingqi-Xiaopi decoction and the other one takes domperidone and omeprazole.A course is made up of4weeks,and observe the change of major clinical symptoms and correlation index between pretherapy and post-treatment after one course.The follow-up time is6months.Results1.The total effective rate of treatment group was93.55%.and control group was74.33%.In addition,there is statistical significance compared with two groups(P<0.05).2.The treatment group was better than the control in improving the score of clinical symptoms,such as postprandial fullness,satiety,upper abdominal distention.epigastric burning,belching,anorexia and so on, there is statistical significance compared with two groups(P<0.05).3.There is no influence on examination rerults of liver and kidney function, tests of blood,urine,stool,and ECG of two groups(P>0.05).It shows that this formula has a good safety profile.4.The treatment group was superior to the control on longterm outcome and recurrence rate in the6months of follow-up visit and observation.There is statistical significance compared with two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The result of clinical observation shows that the treatment used Jianpi-Xingqi-Xiaopi decoction has significant efficacy on the disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of FD.It is superior to the control group in improving major clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scoring and reducing longterm recurrence rate.We found no obvious adverse reaction and toxicity in the process of research.lt turns out the formula is safe and effective initially so the formula is worth applying widely.
