Purpose: According to the clinical trial, Efficacy and safety of regulating stomach and removing abdominal mass capsule treatment for functional dyspepsia (incoordination between liver and stomach ) were observed. Expanding of abdomen and pain were improved, and gastric emptying time were reduced significantly.Method: By means of random, parallel control ,double-blind and double-analogue, the regulating stomach and removing spleen capsule combined with the placebo were parallel controlled ,and clinical trial of 40 patients with incoordination between liver and stomach were observed, among which were the treatment group of 20 cases and the control group of 20 cases, taking medicine for 4 weeks.Result: The results showed that regulating stomach and removing spleen capsule improved symptoms and physical findings of patient with functional dyspepsia without any toxicity. The synthesis curative effect determination : the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, and the markedly effective rate of the control group was also 25%,and then there were no significant difference of both of them according the statistics analysis(Pīš¤0.05), which exhibited that efficacies of treatment group and control group were unequivalent.Safety Assessment: there were no significant difference of security indexes of treatment change(P>0.05),and it showed that the curative drugs had no influence on various security indexes.Conclusion: The tests indicate that the efficacy and safety of the regulating stomach and removing spleen capsule in treating functional dyspepsia are exact.
