Clinical Research On Prescription Of Erhuang Silver Even Soup To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Lung And Stomach Aggregates Hot Clip Stasis Of Acne Vulgaris

Purpose:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about acne vulgaris, using erhuang silver even soup. To observe the therapeutic efficacy brought by this method in treating the syndrome of lung and stomach aggregates hot clip stasis of acne vulgaris.Methods:A randomized, controlled trial was conducted by60patients with the syndrome of lung and stomach aggregates hot clip stasis of acne vulgaris classified into two groups. The patients of treated group (n=30) were treated by Chinese medicine while the patients of controlled groups (n=30) were treated by D amine ester capsule. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The observed indexes included both curative effect indexes, such as clinical symptoms, sex hormones, SOD, SHBG and safety indexes, such as routine urine, blood and stool test, ECG, the function of liver and kidney and harmful reaction. All of the data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS17.0statistics software.Results:Prior treatment, the age, course of disease between the two groups had no differences.①The total effective rate of treated group’s patients was93.33%, while the controlled group was60.00%. The treated group gained an advantage over the controlled group (P<0.01).②The sex hormones:the level of T was reduced (P<0.01),while the E2rised of both two groups (P<0.01), but after treatment compared between groups, the treatment group T was significantly lower than the control group and statistical significance (P<0.01), E2no difference obvious (P>0.05),but two groups before and after treatment mature FSH, LH, P were not significantly change (P>0.05). The treated group excelled the controlled one (P<0.01).③SOD:The two groups after treating SOD were significantly increased (P<0.01), but after treatment groups, the treatment group is better than control group, significant difference (P<0.05).④SHBG:the activity of SHBG was elevated in both of the two groups, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant(P<0.01). Furthermore, it is similar either the treated one or the controlled one after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine of method in erhuang silver even soup has a sure curative effect in treating acne vulgaris. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
