| Objectives:Observation Jianpihuashitang, blood stasis and detoxification treatment of advanced colorectal cancer clinical efficacy, evaluation of Chinese herbal formula was created by this method under the guidance of clinical efficacy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and to consider their safety, described the Chinese medicine treatment of advanced colorectal cancerFeatures and advantages of foundation, in order to regulate traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system.Methods:Randomized controlled number (1-40) in patients with treatment order, treatment sequence number corresponding to the random number SPSS17.0statistical software on the computer, and then random numbers sorted in ascending order, will inrandom number corresponding to the1-20position on the treatment sequence number divided into the treatment group, the random number in the first20-40positions corresponding to the treatment sequence number is divided into a control group,20cases in each group.40patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into2groups,20cases of the treatment and control groups. Both groups using the FOLFIRI regimen,14days of a cycle, chemotherapy,3cycles, evaluated after March. The treatment group was given intermittently in the chemotherapy of spleen the dampness Quyu detoxification side Shuijianbi day one. Objective response were recorded before and after treatment, Chinese medicine certificate-designate, toxicity and improved quality of life indicators, the results using statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:TCM syndromes integral aspects of the treatment group TCM Syndrome an effective19cases (95.00%), and one cases (5.00%); control group of TCM syndromes effective in9cases (45.00%),11cases (55.00%). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). In the objective efficacy of CEA, CA199and toxicity, the two groups the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). In terms of quality of life in the overall quality of life after treatment, the treatment group than the control group integral, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) treatment group and control group after treatment than before treatment, the overall quality of life of the field integral two groups the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen the dampness Quyu detoxification prescription combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, to improve patients’ quality of life, to improve the TCM symptoms and toxicity than chemotherapy alone. |
