| Object: To observe the clinic effect of Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yu decoction in treatment of advanced colorectal tumor.Method: 30 cases of advanced colorectal tumor were chosen and randomly divided into tow groups, 15 cases of trail group were treated with Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yu decoction and chemotherapy with folfox scheme, another 15 cases of control group were treated with chemotherapy with the same scheme only. Compare the two groups in local tumor size, clinical symptom amelioration, the level of serum CEA, degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy and physical strength, and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the two groups.Result: The trail group displayed more effective in reducing the CEA value, alleviating the side effects caused by chemotherapy, lightening the clinical symptoms and enhancing the physical strength than the control group, but the two groups have no notable difference in objective curative effect.Conclusion: In the treatment of advanced colorectal tumor, Jian Pi Hua Shi Qu Yu decoction proved it's function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy, relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy, improving the immune function, stabling the tumor, ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span. |
