Our research offers a lot of literature material and experiences of herbal Aloe Vera. Modern science of Aloe Vera own studies had advanced very fast, and found large amounts of effective component in aloe, extended its efficacy in the clinical application of scope. Through a large number of documents this article had access to research the source, effect, application of the Aloe Vera. In the same time we gathered786prescriptions of aloe> the literature research and the method of combining the computer technology, and also created the aloe prescription database, use statistical methods on its relevant prescriptions of compatibility law analysis, the conclusion indicate that purging drug is the core of this kind of prescription drug compatibility. In addition, the application of the experimental study of aloe had testified the effect of anti-inflammatory and the medicine also had given recovery to the muscle. Mechanism perhaps is the prescriptions promote macrophages release NO and inhibit the release of inflammation factors involved. Furthermore, based on this experiment we created an initiative Aloe Vera ointment, and used it for treatment of acne vulgaris. At last we firmly believe that our research is very helpful to find the key point of usage of Aloe Vera in the future. At the meantime, it is also a valuable experience of new medicine research.
