Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Medication For Treatment Of Infertility Of Ovulatory Disturbance

Objective:This study through the observation on acupuncture combined with medication for treatment of infertility of ovulatory disturbanceand tries to find a scientific, personalized way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, in order to improve the treatment of infertility aplastic ovulation curative effect.Methods:90cases of TCM syndrome differentiation selection for kidney empty type of ovulation aplastic infertility patients were randomly divided into three groups:group A traditional Chinese medicine+LE group, the group B traditional Chinese medicine+acupuncture group, group C traditional Chinese medicine+LE+Chinese acupuncture, and the30cases. Each group is taking the tonifying kidneyand regulating period medicine, with three menstrual cycles for one period of treatment. Observe endometrial thickness And type, follicular diameter, objective indicators changes of sex hormone, eventually symptoms improvement before and after treatment.Results:(1) The three groups before treatment endometrial thickness (Em), development to maximum follicular diameter (FD) have no significant differences. Three groups before and after treatment itself more Em, FD are statistically significant (p<0.05). After treatment, compared with A and B, the Em, FD of group C are statistically significant (p<0.05); Group B and group A after treatment is statistically significant only Em (p<0.05), FD has no obvious difference.(2) In three groups A+B endometrial type has more than70%proportion. Group A type accounted for51.47%,56.06%of group B, C group69.23%, three groups of endometrial type by inspection of no obvious difference, but the group C in promoting the ovulation type A in the frequency has statistically significant compared with other two groups (p<0.05).(3) Three groups before treatment scrum hormone level is not significant. LH of three groups after treatment with before treatment comparison, are statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and the rest of the hormone of three groups before and after treatment compared with various homones was not statistically significant. FSH and T of group C compared with the rest two groups after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) Group A comprehensive effect of total effective rate of73.33%, to83.33%of group B, C group is86.67%, but the difference was not statistically significant.(5) The comparison group C with A and B groups on ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, has statistically significant difference. A and B group there were no differences between pregnancy rate, and comparison Of ovulation rate has statistical significance. Three groups before and after treatment itself ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, the difference has statistically significant. (6) In TCM symptoms curative effect, C group total effectiveness is obviously better than the other two groups (p<0.01), with a statistical significance.Conclusion:Chinese traditional medicine the week with the kidney and acupuncture therapy LE promote ovulation, make ovarian gradually restored physiological cycles, timely advantage from eggs, and improving the endometrial receptivity and endocrine environment, already plays LE western medicine and efficient ovulation role, and also made up for their shortcomings. This combination with Chinese and western method, inside and outside of the therapy in clinical development has obtained the certain curative effect, is worth further research and promotion.
