Neurosensory deafness is one of the most common health problems afflictinghumankind. Most of neurosensory deafness are created by the detriment anddegeneration of the hair cells and the spiral ganglion which relates with it. It is anideal choice to treat deafness that cultivating cochlea ancestor cells from stem cells tosupplement lost hair cells and spiral ganglion neure which can recover inner ear’sbiology foundation structure. The stem cells can differentiate into the cochlea haircells through site directed derivation in vitro is the precondition of stem cellstransplantation which treat nerve deafness. This research culture the nerve stem cellsoriginated from olfactory epithelium of the mouse through primary culture and serialsubcultivation in vitro. We gain the multi-poten tial stem cell ball of olfactory nervein vitro, using the way of the cocultivation between cochlea hair cells which cultivatedin vitro and the cochlea nutrient fluid and the olfactory nerve stem cells to induce.Weappraise the cochlea hair cells originated from olfactory nerve stem cells through theway of cellular immunology using specific antibody of hair cells. It raise theinvestigative probability of threating neurosensory deafness through olfactory nervestem cells transplantation, and it provide predominant testimony about the experimentfoundation and probability of next transplantation.
