| With the development and improvment of people’s living standards, the danger of drugsfor humans is also increasingly obvious, showing a gradual increase of the situation. In recentyears,the number of drug abuser shows the trend of geometric growth, and age tends to beyounger. This increasingly serious situation makes drug testing work a more challenge. Thefield of drug testing has gradually become an important area.Based on ARM7, a detection system using human urine for the people who have had thedrugs was designed. This paper mainly research the hardware design process of the test board,meanwhile, the design of the software and laboratory validation were finished as well. Thehardware of this system is made up with two parts which are main control board and testboard. The main control board has LPC2478as its MCU, including control module, LCDdisplay module, ID card module, test board module and so on. The hardware of the test boardmodule has PC89LPC922as its MCU, combined with the LED light emitting diode andphotodiode components of the photoelectric conversion device to complete the function ofreceiving the reflect light from the test card and data processing.The core of the test board is the detection optical part. A dry chemistry strip will showdifferent color depth of purple bands on the T line due to the particualr drug, and the depth ofcolor is relevant to the concentration of drugs in urine. According to this chemical reactivityand the light reflection principle, as well as photometric determination, a574nm yellow-greenlight-emitting diode whose color has a complementary relationship between the color purplewas chose to the detection optical part of this test board.According to the result of the laboratory validation, the drug detector can work properlyand also it has the technical merits of simple operation, easy to use, fast detection, andaccurate measurement. It is a simple, practical detection device. |
