Stata11is used to do the statistic analysis.Result:30articles are included, which may be moderate or highpossibility of bias. We do Meta analyses for tumor shrinkage rate, tumorradical resection rate, event-free survival respectively: OR=37.28,95%CI(20.18,68.81),P=0.0000;OR=5.923,95%CI(3.14,10.95),P=0.000;OR=2.03,95%CI(1.58,2.60),P=0.000Conclusion: Pre-operation chemotherapy could improve the tumorshrinkage rate and radical tumor resection rate, and it may improve the event-free survival rate in children wilms′tumor.
