| Objective: To investigate the effects of peripheral nerve allograftsregeneration after preserved with tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) for differenttime at4℃.Methods:56Wistar rats(male, weighing200~250g) were dividedinto7groups randomly(groups A,A′,B,B′,C,C′and D,n=56), A′,B′and C′groups were control groups. The SD rats’ sciatic nerve allografts about15mm were preserved in University of Wisconsin solution (UW solution)containing TMP for different time at4℃, and used to repair the sciatic nervedefect of Wistar rats(group A:4weeks,group B:6weeks,group C:12weeks).The flesh sciatic nerve autograft from themselves(group D). Thegastrocnemius weight, morphological and electric neurophysiology weredetected at4,8,12weeks postoperatively. Results: The results of Aã€D groups in the electrophysiological testand gastrocnemius weight were better than other groups, and the result of Dgroup was superior to A group(P<0.05); the results of B group were fine and superior to B′group, but there was statistical significance comparedwith A group. Conclusions: TMP could exert its potency on the regeneration ofallograft nerve in short term. |
